Under the expertise of Head Chef Akifumi Sakagami of Sushi Ginza Onodera, we offer world class Edomae sushi in this unique Kaiten sushi restaurant (revolving sushi bar).

Our Kaiten sushi emulates the quality and consistency we have cultivated from the Sushi Ginza Onodera main store in Ginza to our several  locations across the world.

We deliver real Edomae sushi and other delicious options to customers that visit us around the world. We aim to make traditional Japanese culture known throughout the world via food. Our track record is Michelin-proven, and we maintain that same quality here.

Edomae Expertise

Each piece of Edomae sushi is well prepared using a variety of techniques depending on the available raw ingredients, such as utilizing salt, two types of red vinegar, and/or soy sauce to marinate and cure the raw fish, as well as boiling water to flash blanch the raw fish.

Ingredient Integration

Our rice is made by  combining selected high quality sake lees (pressed lees leftover from the production of sake) that are kept airtight for a long period of time, with aged red vinegar. This creates an exquisite harmony complemented by quality Edomae Sushi.
